The service is warm, welcoming and transparent. Yes the camping is a caravan stand for many, but that is the way it is set up. We were able to oarc right in front of the beach, so beautiful, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven and is clean and tidy and large. The showers are warm, and clean. We felt great here even though there was no sun and some wind.
Many people seem to love this place, but we won’t be going back. Rows of caravans crammed in so tightly with no privacy and barely space for cars to drive between. Even worse with a tent - we were one of three tents squeezed into a tiny space, sandwiched between caravans, the entry road and a building. There wasn’t even space for all our cars.
Positives are a nice sandy beach (though few, if any, will have a view from their pitch) and smart new showers/toilets, though not enough of them and often queues. You need a card to access service house, and we were only given one, which wasn’t very convenient. 15 minute cycle ride to Borgholm with lots of bars and restaurants.

Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, well-kept kitchen, toilet, shower. Wonderful beach, fantastic views, friendly camping for families with children and more. I heartily recommend.
